Exclusion

Anyone who contravenes the conditions of access 1, 2, 3, 4, will be excluded from the service. Those who contravene the conditions of access 5 to 11, will be warned that in case of recurrence or refusal to agree with them, they will be excluded from the service. If the excluded contravener used the " Paypal Service " or was subscribed to it, he/she won't be reimbursed and besides, the service is reserved of all its rights of indemnification for the caused damages.

The applicable tariffs are those in force at the time of the subscription. They are available on the subscription page. The delay of recantation is not applicable to the purchases of access to the " Paypal Service " after use of the service (Article L 121-20-2 of the consumer code).

Right of access or rectification
